Celebrating one year of B Corp Certification

By: Lisa Baker |

This month marks one year since Mima became a certified B Corp – a powerful milestone for us and a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate.

Over the past year, we’ve remained grounded in our mission: to design with purpose, help make people’s lives better, and contribute to a more inclusive, equitable world.

In celebration of our first anniversary of B Corp certification we've put together our B Corp Impact Report to capture some of the meaningful steps we’ve taken so far, and set out our ambitions for the road ahead. We've followed our progress in the five impact areas: governance, workers, community, the environment, and customers/clients.

The B Impact Assessment has guided us – not as a checklist, but as a challenge to do better, think deeper and lead with our values. Being B Corp is about committing to progress, transparency, and using business as a force for good. We're immensely proud to be B Corp certified and seeing the progress we can collectively make in shaping our future services.

B Corp certification isn’t about achieving perfection - it’s about each business committing to do what it can to create positive change. We believe that motivation and inspiration are contagious, and that every step forward, no matter how small, contributes to a larger movement of businesses using their power as a force for good.
